Project 05Active
Parts
My kit for starting new projects with proven modules and strict limits.
Overview
Parts is how I start a new project. It holds battle-tested modules (authentication, billing, a desktop shell, hosting) and the quality-of-life tooling my agents and I rely on. An agent copies in the parts I pick, adapts them, and connects them.
The hard problem is keeping agent-written code consistent over time. Lint enforces strict limits on function complexity, file length, and files per folder, and dead code is caught automatically.
Features sit behind replaceable service boundaries, so a provider or a test double swaps in at one place.
Key systems
- 01
Strict structure limits
Complexity, file length, and folder size are capped by lint, with zero warnings allowed.
- 02
Agent-driven setup
A start-project guide asks for choices, confirms them, then merges the base and the selected modules.
- 03
Replaceable services
Sessions, accounts, and billing sit behind service boundaries that a project can replace or mock.
- 04
Quality-of-life tooling
A development login for agents, verification recipes, and shared commands are ready to bring into any project.
